Let Language Serve You
One of the biggest ways we support youth is encouraging exploration of identity. Unfortunately, the LGBT+ community can seem like alphabet soup and leave people unsure of where to start.
The most important thing to remember is that the purpose of these words is to help you describe your lived experience. Whether you use one label, one hundred labels, or none at all, your identity is complex and real.

Coming Out
LGBTQ+ Media Project
As LGBT+ people, it can be difficult to see ourselves represented in popular culture. Representation is an important way to discover our identities and dispel myths about the LGBT+ community. That's why at Spectrums, we are seeking to make it easier to find LGBT+ inclusive stories and creators.
